  1. It seems from responses on another forum that Outlook doesnt allow you to set any options via macros. Looks like I will be reduced to either loading the appropriate stationary into the new email by macro or manipulating the stationary file itself. Oh well......
  2. Hi, I have done a lot of VB programming for Access and Excel and this is my first exposure to Outlook 2003. What I want to do is to create a macro that will allow me to set a specific stationary file and signature file by clicking a toolbar button. I have 2 business units that I work for - each with their own "branding" but I need to use just one Outlook profile. I can set the files manually each time (via Tools/Options/Mail Format) but that is a pain. I cant find any reference to a "tools" or "options" object whose properties I can set. Is there one ? Taking it one step further (assuming the above is possible), can I run the above macro on the event of changing the account ? ie I send email from one of two possible email accounts - one for each business unit. I would like the stationary and signature to be set automatically once I select the email account I am sending from. Any hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Murray
