Coloded

This error appeared in Microsoft outlook when i would try to move or delete a email. I wasnt able to recieve email either. The is as follows: A disk error on the Microsoft Exchange Server Computer has occoured. Contact You system Administrator. Could some one please tell me how to fix this???? THanks!!
