I this is a quick one that is bugging me. When I start to type an email address into the address box in a new email MS Outlook normally pops up an autofill box with a list of already used entries that I can pick from. No problem there. However a customer of mine asked me today why her autofill list has all of a sudden dissapeared? Why would this happen? The address book still has contacts in. It just seems that the autofill box has simply gone? Can anyone answer this conundrum ?
