  1. Hello all, Very useful forum this! I've moved into a role at work that requires a bit more admin, and I've noticed we tend to have a lot of documents that are in a roughly standard format but always end up very messy as individuals try to produce them. To fix this, I've been through a lot of our documents and replaced them with standardised types that have forms to limit what individuals can change. It all works nicely, but there's one section I can't figure out how to automate. Imagine a table, with items down the left hand side, and scores 0-10 as the column headers. Eg: Title 1 2 3... Item 1 Item 2 When using this form, the person in question would fill in a number "3" or whatever in the appropriate box. I'd like to automate this; is there any way I can create a form like a check box, but one that makes a set value appear when it's clicked rather than an X? That's what I'd like for every one of the boxes; click in any box in the "2" column and a 2 appears in it, any box in the "5" column and a 5 appears. Can anyone help? Thanks!
