I'm looking for a tool to either enhance or replace Auto-Archive. Basically I want to automatically archive email every 1st of the month into a file named for the specific month... (For example, April 1st, I want to archive all email older than 30-days to the folder "Feb 2007"). This way, last months email is available in the default folder, but older than a month email is in a specific and well known place... This also helps me (or my users) keep their archive file sizes down... Anyone know of such a tool? Rich
