I archive my mail by duplicating the sent and inbox folders within a pst file. This requires me to align the fields such that the inbox contains 'received' and 'from' information and the sent folder contains 'sent' and 'to' information. Periodically the fields of one of these folders will realign to look like the other. I have no explanation why this occurs and I usually cannot duplicate it, at first I suspected it was aligning to the view of the folder I was just looking in however this has been disproved. Would anyone have an idea about this problem? Any input you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
