Has anyone used Virtual Server 2005 for disaster recovery purposes? If so what implementation of the software did you use and how did it go? I'd like to get ideas from other people as to how to use Virtual Server 2005 as an alternate solution to tape backups, and disk images in a disaster recovery plan.

I'd like to know how to decommision my current Terminal Server with all its licenses, and migrate them to a new server. Does anyone know of any good documentation or method that would illustrate how to do this? -Thanks in advance!
