MINX

Hi guys, Is it possible to install from a Windows XP (Volume licensed (VLK)) to Vista Upgrade Ultimate without deactivating my XP-key. I've heared that if you activate Vista that your XP-key will be deactivated and it is not possible to install XP with that key again. Does somebody have more info about this? Greets, MINX
