I have a 2 RCA lead from the outputs of the Stereo Control Amplifier going into the inputs of the Stereo Power Amplifier. The turntable is connected to the Phono In Stereo Control Amplifier. I have a 2 RCA lead connected to the remaining 2 outputs of the Stereo Control Amplifier with a stereo pin plug at the other end going into the Line In on the back of the computer tower. On the front of the Stereo Control Amplifier, the recording dial is on Phono and the listening dial is on tape 1. The graphic equaliser is imperative to the quality of sound. 4. Could anybody assist with my audio problem? I am trying to listen to my records through my computer. I have my record player connected to my amplifier (2 RCA leads) and the playback leads are connected to audio in of my tower (2 RCA amp to a single stereo pin-tower). The records are playing great. The problem is a static sound I am getting from my computer speakers. I have opened the sound and audio devices properties. If I slide the master volume to the top I hear a static sound. When I move the slide to the bottom I hear blips and a clock ticking sound. How do I remove these sounds so I get a clean silence? thank you. bathos
