All this was a mistake WindowsUpdate...
Today has installed a system on the real computer and on Virtual PC.
A Distribution program did not change.
WindowsUpdate anymore offers file KB867801.

Download them. Updated a distribution program. Installed Win2k on Virual PC.
BUT
WindowsUpdate become to give a message that not installed file IE6.0sp1-KB867801-x86-RUS.exe.
Download given file, has placed its in the folder HF. Once again has updated a distribution program and has repeated an installation on Virual PC.
WindowsUpdate continues to speak that KB867801 not installed.
Updated through WindowsUpdate. But this did not help.
WindowsUpdate don't care continues to speak that renovation KB867801 not installed.
Question: Needed older file KB867801? Or this error MS? In Win2k Distribution program in the folder I386\SVCPACK file Q867801.cat is present.

If in folder PROGRAMFILES is subfolders with not-English names - there is a error at installation Windows.
To avoid the given situation, I now change the coding of the text from the DOS-coding to the Windows-coding.
