How I can make a folder view style "details" with 32x32 icons Instead of 16x16?

For example, I have enabled view style "Title", and: 1) it is applied only after loading XPize settings, that is right after loadings OS the desktop has a common appearance; 2) after restarting the arrangement of icons on a desktop is not saving; How it can be corrected? 3) Whether possibly to change desktop view style without XPize? --- I hope that my message is clearly, my english is not perfect...
