Win98SE Message: Article ID #229670 reviewed in January of this year indicates that there is a specific hotfix available for my problem. Q229670 SOL caused a general protection fault in module GDI.EXE at 0009:0000151e. I've already run SFC, reinstalled Windows, reinserted the memory, deleted (in safe mode) all monitors and display adapters and reinstalled them, deleted all newer fonts,.. with no change. M$ won't provide the hotfix. GDI.EXE and GDI32.DLL Dated 4/23/99 Any Ideas? Thx in advance.
