Hey, i've been trying to fix a problem with my home network for the past few days
with little success.
Heres the problem:
I have 3 computers (2 PCs and a Laptop) my main PC is hardwired to the router,
and the laptop is using a wireless card. The internet and network are working
fine on these 2.
I have a new computer which is using a wireless card and heres where the problem
begins.
The PC has excellent signal strength and is connecting to the network, but it is not
recieving any information, i.e. its not working !
When i have network settings set to automatically detect IP address's, i get the
limited or no connectivity error. It appears its not able to pick up the correct address.
I have entered the IP address in manually, the limited or no connectivity error goes and it says it is connected, but it is still not recieving any information (packets)
Any help on how i can correct this IP madness is much appreciated.
Here is IPCONFIG on all 3 computers
