I have Windows XP Pro/Outlook 2003 SP2 on my laptop. I wanted to have the same PST file on my laptop as my desktop so I did the following:
On the laptop I changed the name of the PST file
Copied the PST file on my desktop to the laptop
Turned on Outlook
Now I have two current files both identical in Outlook
A new email shows up in both
I am unable to erase either one
What happened and what do I do to only have one show up?
