Thank you very much for the prompt reply, I did actually try your suggestion with the DLL and manually registering it, unfortunately no dice, but thank you very much for the suggestion anyhow. Live and learn, Ill go with this install as is and make a new slip stream for the next time I reinstall :-) Thanks for the help again, much appreciated!

Does anyone know if there is a way to add this codec without making a new slipstream disc and then having to reinstall from scratch? I've just spent an entire week reloading software back onto my machine and would hate to have to do it again to get my camera supported? thank you in advance for any information Re this..
