Finally found it after some digging...for anyone else having the issue: "To get rid of that first screen, open regedit and navigate to here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ahead\Installation\Families\Nero 7\Info Look for string MissingFilesState and set it to 0"

Isn't there a reg hack to get rid of this nag screen? I thought I had done it before but for the life of me can't remember how...thanks!
