Creating a bootable XP SP2 disc with nforce4 RAID/SATA drivers. Creating it using Windows Vista Ultimate x32 (if that matters). Went through the process, it read the installation CD fine, added the drivers, no problem...then it takes forever to generate the bootable ISO. I figure, OK, I don't really know what's going on, I'll let it do its thing. Then it won't burn, and I go to see why: the .iso it created is 38,084,928 KB! How did this happen?
