  1. installation "worked" only with deactivated realtek changes.

    same problems as already mentioned, textfiles can not be opened too.

    next time i use a vm ;)

  2. do not rush yourself!

    some people do not even believe in a new version of xpize so you have all time to get your work done ;)

    i do not think that anybody will be dissapointed if it comes out some weeks later.

  3. wrong. this basic software is fresh and it is on the road to xpize 5.

    the last soonest date für a testing version was mentioned as the middle of february, so just be patiently.

  4. i would be pleased!

    i have three older pcs and 3 almost up-to-date notebooks (not all mine but i manage my brother´s it-stuff).

    windows xp sp3 prof and vista business, perhaps even x64 if my school gives me a license.

    experience with virtualbox, nlite (so i often reinstall my os ;)).

    codeplex account has been created (janrockt).

    i hope my english will be good enough to form my thoughts into words!

  5. erm..no.

    first it was an external harddrive, but reading the log i thought about security settings with removable drives and i copied the wud-folder to my normal harddrive. it was no solution. everything works fine without this box checked.

  6. very nice program, but this errorlog happens when i check the "remove unlisted files"-box:

    See the end of this message for details on invoking
    just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    is it a bug or just a problem with my configuration?
