Hi, I have a 6 months old Dell Demension 8110 with on board intel pro/100 ve ethernet port. Things were OK, until today when my kids turns on computer to do homework. The computer could not connect to the internet. The port does not light up. I am not sure if it does (I think it does). I try to disable it then enable it. It showed as network unpluged. I used new cat-5 cable still no help. It's telling me the device is working properly. I updated the driver and still no help. Can you help me? Thanks.
