Hi guys, I recently purchased an HP DV9000T laptop. I wanted to reinstall windows XP pro on it from scratch, so I don't have to deal with all the pre-installed crap. I have a USB floppy drive and loaded the intel sata drivers via F6 during install. However once I got to the step where the setup is copying files to HD (right after selecting which partition to install windows to) the floppy drive just refused to be read, prompting me to insert a disk, even though it was already inserted. So I slipstreamed those same drivers into the windows install cd, however, on that same step, I'm getting pretty much the same error (Files cannot be read from CD). Has anybody encountered this? Could it be a bad driver? This one came directly from HP. Please help. Thanks.
