What a load of help. I was looking for maybe a fix not just a ignorate response.

Ok here is my problem this only happens on older systems 800mhz 256MB RAM. Windows update works perfect and so does Microsoft Update until you install office 2003. Then it spikes my CPU to 100% and after a long time it just fails. I already installed the KB that addresses this issue and it did not fix my problem.
