Nothing in Add/Remove Program..... However, even I ran windows update to install all the hotfixs, there doesn't have anything in add/remove program too

I tried to create a unattended windows xp disc. I followed the step, and create the hotfix.cmd file. and everything works fine, and screen show all the hotfix files had been installed. However, when I go to windows update, windows update still asks me to install all the hotfixs again.... Does anyone know why it happen? Victor Thanks
