Hi Guys,

My problem now is that every time i start up my pc i am getting a blue screen, im using IE7 and in the address bar is www.runonce.com and on the tab it says.. customise your settings.

I have typed the runonce webpage into my google search but i still get the blue screen, i cannot customise because of the blue screen

Every other site i access is fine except it seems the runonce. And lastly , each time i log off my pc i have to send an error report, which i've done about 50 times . If microsoft get all these error reports and if its their fault would they not fix the prob

Hi guys,

My problem is that when i updated to ie7 and i boot up i get this window popping up

Smartbridge Alerts: MotiveSB.exe-Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point GetProcessimagefilenameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAP1.DLL

and then an OK to click

Then when i open up my homepage (ntlhome) I've got the google toolbar and in the address bar it says

Http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx

I then open up my homepage and every thing works fine

When i go offline their is always an error report to send (Which i do, should i?)

I do not have a clue about the Smartbridge thing or the runonce thing

Could someone help me in what to do

Everything was fine before the update to ie7

I am in my dotage and new to pc's so could you explain in a step by step kind of way, if you can help me
