any arabic user, if using xp or vista (en-us edition) has to enable arabic support so that windows or any program installed can use arabic so, if u enabled arabic support, yes while using the english GUI, u can have an arabic word or even a phrase instead of "Start" this apllies to any language other than arabic too regards

although this is off topic , but i love to put an arabic islamic phrase, instead of "Start"

neither explorer.exe, nor explorer.exe.mui has any effect & about file protection, no ! my files are changed right now & nothing is happening ! i'm cofused, there must be a way to do this !

i'm sorry, i forgot to tell u guys that i'm using classic interface , have a look : start button is a photo when using themes only thanks in advance

tried old method used in xp & not working tried modifying C:\windows\en-us\explorer.exe.mui no success neither any help would be appreciated plz
