I'm also having this happen on one of the profiles on the same machine XP SP2 and Office 2003 SP2. I have made the settings correct for both with no affect. I've resorted to a rule, however my wife is not impressed with this solution. I've been searching MS KB with no luck, other than Office 2007 or get a better IAMP client. What does not make snese to me is one is fine and the other is not any one else having this issue or any ideas? thanks
