i set up a rule to move emails from a certain email address into a folder... it does move a "copy" into the folder but also leaves one in my inbox?? why? does anyone know how to move that email upon receipt into a folder without leaving a copy in my inbox?? how about doing the same to outgoing emails that are addressed to a certain email address?? thanks
