  1. As the subject says, I'm looking for an application (I'm sure it exists, I've used it before but can't find it again) that can find the silent install argument (ie /s or /silent etc) from a variety of installer types, like .msi or .exe. Does anyone know what it's called or where I might find it? Thanks so much for any help!
  2. Another update... the same thing happens when I use a shortcut on the selected AVI file like "Ctrl-C". Again, it's *only* AVI files. Not RMV/MOV/FLV/MP4/VOB files.
  3. Thanks Bledd, that's really good to know. Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem. Nuhi, I realize now I think this issue actually started when I bought a new CRT monitor, which was right around the time I started using NLite, so I'm sure you're right about it not being NLite related. I do have the latest NVidia drivers (93.71). I've used several different resolutions/refresh rates since I bought this monitor though and they all have the same problem. *Update* I've found as long as I'm *in* the NVidia control panel properties (with the little side panel), it doesn't do it. Of course that only helps so long as I keep that window open
  4. *bump* Come on guys... anyone? Please? I'll donate $5 if I get this resolved!
  5. Right uh... Let me see... Here it is. Sorry, shoulda figured that would be necessary. last_session_rc18.INI
  6. Hey all, I've found that when I use NLite (since version ~0.9 when I started using it) that when I right-click on any AVI file, the screen goes blank for a moment (as if I were changing resolutions or something). I'm guessing this has something to do with an aspect of the AVI shell handler that I've modified or something? It's incredibly frustrating as I work a lot with video files and hate that there's the delay every time I want to go to "Properties" or something similar. I'm using an Nvidia 7600GT with the latest Nvidia drivers. Any info would be appreciated! Much thanks!
  7. Ah, ok thanks! Sorry to bother you, just didn't know where to look.
  8. Just wondering, when NLite makes a new XP install CD, it removes both the Repair Console and Windows Non-Data-Loss Repair functionalities which are usually available after first booting to the install CD. Is this something I've disabled in my tweaking, or is it always removed by default? What if I want to repair an install w/o reinstalling windows?
