    Then I think it's installed improperly. I'm missing the following components: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Compo nents HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.pip HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Components Thanks for the reply Alex

    Am I doing something wrong?? Via nlite I've integrated KB893803 (windows installer 3.1) within my windows xp sp2. The creation of the iso file gave me no problem. But when I run the iso file and after completion go to the microsoft update site, the windows installer is not recognized and it has to be installed again. Is this a bug or have I done something wrong? Thnx from the Netherlands!
