Hi everyone. This was my first attempt at taking an already slipstreamed Windows XP Pro w/sp2, adding additional Hotfixes and a little tweaks here and there with nlite options. Please forgive me if this is a repeated issue; I couldn't find a similar one. Basically what happens is that after I boot from the CD, I get a long pause before I get the "Press any key..." message. Then after I press a key to activate the installation start, I get absolutely NOTHING. The screen goes black and just stays there. The only idea I have that might contribute to this problem is that I pretty much went to the Microsoft site and haphazardly downloaded all the updates for Win Pro SP2 (excluding the ones that were replaced with updated versions) and now that I look at the "LastSession" file, I do have 2 of one hotfixes in there. I did get a few error messages such as these (multiple times). But I figured since nlite detected them as errors, they were not included and therefore would not affect the CD: I also got another one telling me that one of the updates was not for my version of windows. But I know that nlite was right on that error, I made a mistake.
