Hey! This is my first time posting on this forum and I have a question that seems complicated to me but hopefully easier for someone else to answer. My boss wants to send out an email survey but wants to attach a button(s) at the end of the survey that an individual can click to answer either yes or no. Is this possible and if so how do I go about doing it? Looking forward to hearing from someone soon!
