Hello joey022461 or anyone who may be able to help me. I am trying to re-install Business Contact Mgr but I keep getting the following messages. I've reinstalled it several times and the result is the same each time: "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again" I don't know what actions it means. "Your .oft file for message class IPM.Contact.BCM.Account has a wrong version. Requested version 2.003516.00, .oft form version 1.001616.00." That may be true but I have no clue what it means or how to correct the problem. and when I try to open a business contact detail window, I get this: "Business Contact Manager was unable to initialize this form" Thank you for any help ...
