At first i thought could be mouse button is locked, but then you say that touchpad is happening same thing, so i thought again then couldn't be the mouse the source of the problem. anyway the problem is resolved.

i don't know what is the problem. if happens that to me i would try to install tweakui and decreasing mouse sensitivity in the mouse option, and go to control panel-mouse properties, deselected buttons-clicklock and pointer options-snap to.

No need more suggestions, i have installed tweakui and disable mouse tracking and fixit. thanks

I have the same problem. The solution for this problem doesn't work for me because in regedit the active windows tracking is already disabled and the problem continues. And thanks in advance if someone could help me to resolve this problem.
