the keys are not backed up and this is the problem what to do??? administrator doesn't help also

no !! wrong ! i have deleted the password and now the certificate is missing for opening encryption so the files can't be accessed

i'm a user of xp pro and encrypted some of my files but after a while i forgot my logon password and used a third party software to delete it and since then i'm is not able to access my files is there any way to make them usable again? the machine is stand alone thanks
