  1. Hi all! I'm making a MultiBoot DVD with WinXPPro-WinXPHE-WinXPnLite-Win2k3-Win2k0-Linux-Ophcrack systems. WinXPnlite is my modded by nLite setup with few modifications (such as autoinstall,Unatteded setup, integrated SP1&autoupdates and so on), wich works fine, i've installed it on some computers But when i want to add this into MultiBoot, it makes very strange things It freezes at stage when shows "Setup is checking your computer's configuration". I don't know why. But the funny is that, the installer works fine, until i want to add ONE more directory (it doesn't matter if the directory contains pictures or programs, or it's empty) into DVD (into a root directory of DVD), it freezes Without directory - works - with -doesn't work This problem is only with nLite modded setup. I haven't got any problems with others installers. I'm using EasyBoot, and I posted this thread into EasyBoot developer's forum some days ago, but nobody's reply I hope you guys may help PS: Sorry for my bad english, i hope you understand me
  2. Hi all! I've got problem with my Multiboot DVD: I've successfully added WinXP, W2K, but i can't add w2k3 :/ At first problem, is with NTLDR corruption message - but i've solved it by modding SETUPLDR.BIN file. Okay, so i've tried to use batch file for XP to copy files needed to installation from I386 folder - no luck. Setup needs amdide.sys wich haven't copied. So i copied all contents of I386 folder, and works, but after loading drivers, i get bluescreen with PROCESS_INITIALISATION_FILED error:/ Anybody's got working solution about adding W2K3 SP1 into multiboot DVD??
  3. HI all! I've got 2 problems with my Unattended CD builded by nLite. The first problem, is that i integrate all possible updates to the installation, and everything's looks ok. But when i install my unattended installation, at the finish, when installer is registering components, it's showing 3 errors with file not found (the problems is with C:\Windows\System32\inetcomm.dll, C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msoe.dll and C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\wab.dll). But installer still works, and i can bootup windows, but Outlook Express don't work. I think that it's problem with some update, because if i do not integrate updates, everything's works well. But wich one?? And the second problem, is with Theme. I tried to add Royal theme from XP Media Center into my XP Prof with this guide (http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/76/SESSID=f4279be4df2312c2711610c9dc0147fa/), but after installing i've got classic windows theme (the Desktop properties shows Custom Theme, but it's look the same as a Classic Windows). I don't know were is the problem. I've added [Shell] CustomDefaultThemeFile = "%WinDir%\Resources\Themes\Royal.theme", and copied Royal folder (from the Media Center) into %windir%\Resources\Theme - no luck. But even if i add manually this theme into installed windows, and when i set it, i haven't got wallpaper on the screen:/ i have to set it up manually. Also i don't know why. I've opened Royal.theme file by notepad, but the path looks ok: ; Copyright © Microsoft Corp. 1995-2001 [Theme] DisplayName=@%windir%\ehome\ehres.dll,-2003 ; My Computer [CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\DefaultIcon] DefaultValue=%windir%explorer.exe,0 ; My Documents [CLSID\{450D8FBA-AD25-11D0-98A8-0800361B1103}\DefaultIcon] DefaultValue=%windir%SYSTEM32\mydocs.dll,0 ; My Network Places [CLSID\{208D2C60-3AEA-1069-A2D7-08002B30309D}\DefaultIcon] DefaultValue=%windir%SYSTEM32\shell32.dll,17 ; Recycle Bin [CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\DefaultIcon] full=%windir%SYSTEM32\shell32.dll,32 empty=%windir%YSTEM32\shell32.dll,31 [Control Panel\Cursors] Arrow= Help= AppStarting= Wait= NWPen= No= SizeNS= SizeWE= Crosshair= IBeam= SizeNWSE= SizeNESW= SizeAll= UpArrow= DefaultValue=Media Center default DefaultValue.MUI=@%windir%\ehome\ehres.dll,-2003 Link= [Control Panel\Desktop] Wallpaper=%WinDir%\Resources\Themes\Royale\Energy Bliss.jpg Wallpaper.MUI=@%windir%\ehome\ehres.dll,-2000 TileWallpaper=0 WallpaperStyle=2 Pattern= ScreenSaveActive=0 [VisualStyles] Path=%WinDir%\resources\Themes\Royale\Royale.msstyles ColorStyle=NormalColor Size=NormalSize [boot] SCRNSAVE.EXE=%WinDir%\System32\logon.scr [MasterThemeSelector] MTSM=DABJDKT ThemeColorBPP=8
