bump I really need an answer if anybody has one.

My computer had a new hard drive put into it, had XP put back on it, and I installed the Asian languages just like I had before. Unfortunately, the language bar is not acting like it did before. No matter what I do, I can't get it to show up on my taskbar. The language bar itself works just fine. I've tried right clicking on the task bar going into toolbars to check it, but it's not there. I've gone through the forums but so far haven't found anything like the problem I'm dealing with. If you know how to fix it, please help me. It's driving me crazy.
