I have Frontpage 2003 and have been trying to install the Add-In for Microsoft Small Business (to gain the Ecommerce Wizard functionality). I have tried everything and always when I click on the Wizard get the following error (note up until this point the download all appears to work correctly): "Failed to load Catalog Templates. Please reinstallthe bCentral Commerce Manager Add-In. Automation erro. ClassFactory cannot supply requested class." I am unclear as to what the problem is exactly. I contacted Tech Support at Mirosoft Small Business and they had me reload it using the following instructions: to uninstall/reinstall FrontPage Add-in: 1. Uninstall the Add-in through the Add/Remove Software Control Panel. 2. Open FrontPage. 3. Go to Tools -> Add-ins -> Add, and delete the "bCentral Commerce Manager Add-in" folder there. 4. Click the Start button, select Run and enter "regedit". Once in the registry, go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> VB and VBA Program Settings -> fpecomm, and delete "fpecomm". 5. Restart the computer. 6. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en  and click the Continue button. 7. Select an option and click on Continue button. 8. Click on Download button and save the add-in to your computer. 9. Install the Add-in. 10. Open FrontPage and wait a while. You should be prompted to update your E-Commerce Add-in. 11. Click on Yes and follow instructions on screen. You should be all set. I still got the error and spent the good part of the afternoon on the phone with them. They are still unable to troubleshoot it and think the issue lies on the Frontpage side. I would really appreciate any help anyone can provide! I need to get the ecommerce functionality going but at this point am totally stuck. Thanks, Kristin
