My outlook 2003 only shows the name of the contact on the "to" line. I can double click on the name and get the e-mail, but would prefer to have it display the email address there instead for printing reasons. I cannot find any settings that would change this behavior. Any thoughts?

This may be silly, but I cannot seem to figure it out. We have Outlook 2003 SP2 and most of our computers show in Outlook in the "From" line the persons name and then their email address within brackets. One of the machines we have does not. It just shows the name. Is there a setting I cannot find or something we are doing wrong that is causing this? She wants it because when she prints the email, it just shows the name and not any email address on her "from" line. Please Help!!!
