Driii

I'm looking to catalogue my excel and word documents in a database more commonly used for graphic files (Portfolio). I want an image preview of all my docs. Easy enough: open properties in excel / word doc and tick the preview box. I've got a few hundred docs and obviously don't want to open up each one and go to properites. Does anyone know a script or a macro I can run to tick this box in and get my preview?
