ok since there isn't any 100 Plus gig Raptor I will just get a 160 GIG Seagate SATA (7200 RPM) and base on opinions i hv read. I will be getting the ATI 9800 Pro 128. Thanks for all your help.

I went to the device driver section. And nothing was helpful. I am not using a Catalyst device driver. Totally different card and driver. Can someone offer more help please

motherboard with firewire? what brand and model please. video card = please give advice on a 128 MB video card with good performance. I already hv a 12X LiteOn. I did not include that on my list sorry. Asus P4C800C-E = yes, i have seen this board on a number of sites. will upgrade my choice to this. this raptor sounds interesting. I would like to hear other people's comments. how much is a 120 or 160 gig raptor?

ok the /s worked perfectly except at the end of the install it asked me to reboot my computer. if i do an unattended install will that stop the rest of my silent install?

i love my fully registered DAP never tried getright. i will try the /s right now. brb with the results.

TechnoBabe. it is true that updates will always be needed. but what i am trying to do is minimize the 9 megs as far less as possible. i am from a 3rd world country dsl and cable are not mainstream here yet. so downloading 9 megs takes a great deal of time and effort. unlike in the EU and Americas where u have high speed dsl and cable we are not fortunate. cheers

here is my problem each and everytime i install WindowsXP unattended w/ Norton Internet Security 2004. I have to download 9 megs of updates to Norton Antivirus & Internet Security. Is there a way to slipstream the updates to the installation files? I have asked this question before but no one seems to know the solution.

I have slipstreamed the updates into Microsoft Office 2003 using the method from MSFN. my problems is after i have updated the Microsoft Office 2003 it is now 600 MB I have other applications like FrontPage, Post It, and Vision on the CD. I can't fit it anymore. at least i want to get Frontpage w/ Microsoft Office 2003 together on one CD. Thanks

as i said when i tried to uninstall winamp i my system when into a loop trying to uninstall the files. it kept trying to find files from c:\install\winamp thanks ... hope for a new release soon. keep up the great work

i think i will wait until all the bugs are all worked out. when i tried to uninstall winamp bec. of an error that i kept receiving. The uninstall process went into a loop and i could not uninstall or install over the precvious installation.
