Now I tested even text-files – the problem persists. I configured the new router exactly as the previous one, the firmware is updated. Unfortunately the old router is gone. The error code is "access is denied"

Hi, Has anyone experienced the following problem? I switched a month ago from D-Link router DI-614+ to DI-634M. I have two desktop and two laptop computers in my local network. Everything works fine except one (strange?) thing: no media file (mp3, avi or any other) created or downloaded AFTER switching to the new router can be played from any of my computers if it is not on the local drive (belonging to the computer I want to play it from). The same happens if I try to copy files from a remote to the local computer. However, if I try same thing with files created before switching routers – no problems!?! Any idea? (I contacted D-Link support but “that is not their problem” )
