Windows Key -> Crtl+D

Hello

Is it possible to change the WindowsKey with Crtl+D key with ScanCode Map Key in the registry?

In other words, does anyone know the virtual key of Crtl+D?

I have only found the code of Right Windows key, and that is: 5C

(I rather use Scancode map than a 3th party program because of the resources and because it's computed on the hardware level without any additional drivers that tend to screw up the system)
