Integrating RunOnce files into windows w2000 install using AutoImage

So i was able to integrate the runonces i want into my windows xp RIS Image. Works like a charm. Now i want to do the same with windows 2000 where the RunOnce files run during the GUI installation portion and no me having to put a runonce line into my sif. Is there any way to do this. I tried it with autoimage 1.9.2 and 1.9.0 and i get missing file errors during the compression stage (right after it copies over the files from the RIS server) Thanks for your help.
