I made it and it's totally silent and unattended.

modifications listing:

no toolbar installation

remove IE plugin

remove Mozilla plugin

remove autorun on boot

remove desktop shortcut

change advertised shortcut to common shortcut in startmenu

doesn't change the homepage to skype

For language selections import a registry entry after installation;

I am german. The only thing I had to to: Change the language to german. The installer has all the languages, but the default is english. You could even use a .reg tweak after installing the .msi:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Skype\Phone\UI\General]
"Language"="de"

This one would enable german language. Works perfectly here.

I forgot to mention that you must delete IE and Mozilla toolbars files in "Files and Folders" tab.

Just use my Skype.exe. :D

Yours is the old version.

And i tried all day severall ways , but no go, it installs but when i click skype it opens phone folder instead of skype.

i give up

I've used the latest stable version (.msi file 3.2.32.175).

Uploaded new installer which I've tested in VMWare and also I've made a new video tutorial. So please test it once again.

thx for your time.

i made more installers myself like this.

but this one...doesnt work for me and believe me i tried. :(
