LaKN Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Hi,I have a weird problem in both outlook 2002 and 2003. When replying to emails, my signature format changes acording to the recipient of the email. When I reply to an inhouse email at work my signature is formatted in HTML, but when its an email from out of the house I reply to, the signature is formatted as Text. Any idea as to what could cause this?
N1K Posted June 18, 2007 Posted June 18, 2007 In what format you get mails from outside, plain text or HTML?Also, in Outlook options --> Mail Format --> Internet Format, you have to select "Convert to HTML Format".If you want we can test it
LaKN Posted June 19, 2007 Author Posted June 19, 2007 Hi N1K,How do you see what format incomming mails are? I allready have checked the "convert to HTML".
N1K Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 Hi N1K,How do you see what format incomming mails are? I allready have checked the "convert to HTML".Hit properties of the mail and you should see the mail type. If it's PlainText that you are automatically replying in plaintxt.I can send you one plain txt and html mail so you can check the difference.
LaKN Posted June 19, 2007 Author Posted June 19, 2007 That would be great. Mail is lakn!AT!bioimage!DOT!com.
