TaskBar AUTO HIDE . . .

Anyone have a method of preventing the AutoHide of the TaskBar when Mouse is moved to the bottom of the window? That gets to be a pain in the Keyster when you have items that are at the very bottom of the screen. I can use the Windows Keys between the Ctrl & Alt keys to have the taskbar popup. Is there a Tick in the Registry that can be changed or is this a IMPOSSIBLE Mission.
