See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

... in some other runs, i got these too:

could nLite have deleted the files? ... i've attached my last session.ini (i have w/ me some other files: dosnet.inf, drvindex.inf, sysoc.in_ & txtsetup.sif that might shed light to this if required) too for reference purposes ... i'd like to mention too that my run this time was sluggish as compard to the previous runs ... it took time extracting files & also the step prior to finalizing ... i've tried to uninstall & reinstall nLite but still the same results (regarding the slow-down) ... thanks!

Thanks for reporting.

But it's tricky with all those addons, could be some of them because I never stumbled on those files missing.

Could be that they are removed by nlite and same files are in the addons, then nlite removed the file and addon rewrote the entries, then you get missing file.

If you confirm, find which addons have those files, please post a link to them and I'll try to adapt to that.

As for that error on pressing Back don't know, it's something in the recorder GUI, some simple mistake but without precise instructions how to repeat it it's beyond the radar.

thanks nuhi for the quick reply! :) for those addons, they have been there all along & just update them when newer ones come out ... i'll inquire with shark since these are audio/video related files i suppose & i'm using his Vista Codec Package ... perhaps, he could help shed some light to this ... i'll do some more tests though and report back ...

hi nuhi! found these 2 old topics discussing basically about the same issue about some missing files: files missing *ONLY* when driver CABs merged! & Files missing during installation ... i already asked shark about his vista codec addon & he validated that at this point of setup, it doesn't run yet (only executes in runonce) ... i am trying to extract the other addons in question so as to validate if indeed these could be causing the issue (but then again, they've been there before & i didn't encounter the copy probs) ... i'm still left guessing it could be some HFs too ... thanks!
