NLite and Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file

I used NLite to Create a Custom Windows 2003 R2 Installation Build which completed successfully.

However, now that windows has been installed, everytime i try to access a exe or even right click on a file and select Run as etc, i get the following error

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"

Even if i login as local Administrator, the .exe is on the same system (Not a mapped Drive) the same message. :-S

I have made other Custom Install CD's and no problem using a prior version. I am now using version 1.3

1. Un-install IE Enhanced security from Windows Components.

2. add the network drive to the trusted sites list, you can find it from tools\internet options, then select the security tab.
