un4given1 Posted October 16, 2003 Author Share Posted October 16, 2003 No... the point is that by using MS products we can offer our customers (from the guy who buys a car to the franchises) amazing uptimes and phenomenal support. Not to say that this isn't possible any other way, but this is what's best for us. We run the worlds largest used car franchise. We have more than 130 stores and 15-25 PCs at each store. Our network is secure, our desktops are secure and in turn our customer's information is secure. I am part of the team that supports all of this. Our CTO (Dave) came from the Mac/Linux community. He was an MS hater at one point, and has turned that around. I enjoy what I do and I enjoy being on the cutting edge. Not a whole lot of companies are one the cutting edge or technology.
