I want to be able to boot from the first disk and write protect the second disk from within the O/S of the first disk. Maybe it'll be useful to you. I'm interested, but I haven't tried it, yet. Also, it doesn't say how to make them accessible again without going back into the registry. spacesurfer Posted May 15, 2007 Share Posted May 15, 2007 If you have NTFS on both XP's, then you can boot to the first, take ownership of that drive so that others can't access that drive.
