Set cookies To Prompt

I used regshot to find the keys for the set cookies to prompt setting and it came up with this:

I cannot use this because it has listed the HKU key , which is obviously for my profile, I don`t think I can just strip this key out and use it so how can I set the cookies to prompt in a reg file and run it at t-12?
